- You can write a constraint a counsel and an operator will both accept.
- You treat eval as a gate, not a dashboard decoration.
- You want to be accountable for a working production system, not an isolated feature or prototype.

When a seat opens, it looks like this.
Systems engineer
Designs and ships the runtime path: images, evidence queries, approval-scoped tools, eval, deploy. Production is the job. Demos are not.
Knowledge engineer
Packs corpora into Knowledge Images under class, owner, and retention. Smaller and clean. Unclassified material does not get imaged.
Deployment operator
Runs the system after launch. Change control, frozen eval sets, on-call. We do not abandon what we ship.
These are not job postings. They are the work. Location follows the system: headquarters is Miami Beach; deployments sit in the environment the constraint requires.
