This policy is issued by Hive Forensics AI Inc., a US corporation headquartered in Miami Beach, Florida, United States. This website (hiveforensics.com) is the operating-company surface for engineering work performed under the HIVE brand. Product and Bootcamp live at hiveai.tech.

What we collect on this site

If you submit an engineering brief or email us, we collect what you send: name, work email, organization, the system you want, data-class notes, deployment constraints, Bootcamp status, success metric, timeline, optional budget or commercial notes, and any other notes. Budget is free text and is not required. We do not run a WhatsApp sales widget. We do not buy marketing lists.

How we use it

To review whether we are the right builder, to respond, and to perform a contracted engagement. We do not sell personal information. We do not use website inquiries to train public models.

Customer corpora

Data provided for a production system is governed by the engagement documents, not by this marketing site. That data is used to build and operate the named system. It is not used to train public models and is not mixed into other customers’ systems. See security practices.

Processors

Website hosting and form delivery are provided by the vendors that operate this site and the intake endpoint. Production subprocessors are those named in the statement of work for a given deployment.

Retention and rights

Inquiry records are kept as needed to respond, to meet legal obligations, and to administer an engagement. You may email contact@hiveforensics.com to access, correct, or request deletion of inquiry data, subject to lawful retention.
