AI automation for Florida operations.
Classify, draft, route, and act on the tools you already pay for. Automation here is a narrow workflow with an approval gate — not a Zapier collage with a model in the middle.

What we build
Florida operators drown in the same work: PDFs from a portal, emails that should have been tickets, follow-ups that die in a spreadsheet. We automate a named workflow. The agent reads the artifact, proposes the next step, and writes only where a capability record allows it. High-impact actions stay behind a human. That is the Operators family we already ship, scoped to the queue you actually run — not a new platform you have to staff.
What ships
- One workflow in, then expansion — not a backlog of automations
- Document and email intake into the system of record
- Drafts with a pointer to the source, not a fluent guess
- Approval on writes and side effects
- Eval on action correctness, not how the email sounds
Where it lands
Named workflows.
- Invoice, order, and packing-slip intake into accounting or a WMS
- Insurance and medical-office document routing with a human on exceptions
- Lead follow-up that writes the CRM and stops when a person should call
- Internal request routing (facilities, IT, HR) with an audit of who approved what
Questions
Straight answers.
- Is this RPA, or a chatbot on top of email?
- Neither slogan. It is an operator over a defined queue, with tools behind a capability record. If the work is a macro, we will say so and not wrap it in a model.
- Do we have to replace our CRM or ERP?
- No. The point is to sit on the system of record you already run. A new database is a last resort, not a default.
- What happens when the model is wrong?
- Wrong writes should not land. The gate holds them. The eval set is built from the mistakes your staff already catch.
- How long before the first workflow is live?
- Unscoped work starts in a HIVE Bootcamp. A constrained workflow is the unit we ship — often one queue, not a department.
