Systems, not hours
We design, ship, and operate production systems. Staff augmentation, hour rental, and chatbot SKUs are refused.
Evidence over fluency
If a passage cannot be pointed at, hashed, and replayed, it does not enter production. Cosine distance is not an audit trail.
Default-deny
A tool or side effect does not run without an approval or a capability record. Agents do not get a toolbox because a demo looked busy.
The environment follows the constraint
On-prem, VPC, or isolated tenancy is chosen in week 0. Isolation is an environment, not a slide in a vendor brochure.

Groundedness, citation coverage, tool-policy, frozen regression. If it cannot be evaluated, it is not in production.
